Marriage & Family: Disciple-Making Machines - Part 2

Here's Part 2 of Francis Chan's "Don't Focus on the Family" talk. This is a Q &A session with lots of take-aways for me. Francis' thoughts about how to shepherd his daughter by teaching her how to listen to the Spirit is incredible wisdom for us as we are at the cusp of early adolescence with Hana. Scary to think we can choke the Spirit's voice in our children by talking too much and being overly-controlling. I think that's easy to do with even adults as we disciple them - we place high expectations on each other and impose ourselves without encouraging them to be attuned to the Spirit in their lives. This is how we are learning.
