It's Been A Long Time

Here's a list (which I will add to in the coming days) of things that I or the family did on a daily or frequent basis back home, but have not yet done once since we left almost eight months ago:

- drive a car
- rode a bike (shared by Hana)
- eat Rocky Road ice cream
- prepared bento lunch box for kids (shared by Megumi)
- sleep on the floor
- fill up at gas station
- use a clothes dryer
- use a dish washer
- use a child safety seat (shared by Tomoki)
- use a blowdryer
- use a landline telephone in the house
- check or use voice mail
- use hair clipper to shave my head (shared by Russ)
- go to Trader Joes or Target
- wear blue jeans to work
- use a vacuum cleaner
- use windex cleaner
- dusted furniture
- use a printer at home
- take a hot water bath
- drive and pick-up Hana from school
- eat bagel & cream cheese
- use a microwave at home
- used a stapler at home (shared by Sei)
- feed pet fish

By the way, we leave early tomorrow morning to San Carlos to meet up with the Bermejo Clan for the weekend.
